Clip: Rock County working to identify barriers, needs of poor

Folks in Luverne, in far southwest Minnesota, last week held the latest in an ongoing conversation about poverty in their community, as they design and claim a future that works for all in their community. The Worthington Globe covered the event, hosted by the #Luv1LuvAll initiative.
